Accommodation
Emmaville is a very small town, so we've done the hard part: every room at the Club Hotel is reserved for the wedding, Friday to Sunday, and there's one set aside for you.
The Club Hotel, Emmaville
A classic country pub on the corner of O'Donnell and Irby Streets, right in the middle of town. It's where the bus leaves from on Saturday, where we'll all be on Friday night, and where the kitchen does meals seven days a week. Rooms are simple and clean — singles, twins, doubles and a family room with a king bed and bunks. Most rooms share bathrooms; the two ensuite units are the exception.
How to lock in your room
The rooms are currently held under Jonathan's name. Until you call and move yours into your own name, it isn't confirmed.
- Call the Club Hotel Emmaville on +61 2 6734 7136.
- Tell them you're with the Lindsey–Skerritt wedding for the 2027 Easter weekend, held under Jonathan Lindsey.
- Let them know which room is yours Room allocations coming soon and ask them to transfer it into your name.
- Arrange payment directly with the hotel.
Please call by Friday 19 February 2027. After that we'll check in with the hotel and release any rooms that haven't been claimed.

Camping at Ben's Falls
If you'd rather wake up by the river, there's camping on the property at Ben's Falls Retreat. Sites are unpowered — bring everything you need, including water. It's a beautiful spot and it means no bus to catch at the end of the night.
Camping needs to be requested in advance so a site can be reserved for you and your hotel room released to someone else. Tick "camping" on your RSVP and we'll sort the rest.
Elsewhere nearby
Tattersalls Hotel, Emmaville
The other pub in town, at 88 Moore Street opposite the Mining Museum. Ten rooms with shared bathrooms. A five-minute walk from the Club Hotel, so the bus is still easy.
Emmaville Caravan Park
On Park Street, next to the town pool. Powered sites for caravans and campervans, and a short walk to the pubs. Phone ahead to book.
Deepwater
About 40 minutes east on the New England Highway — a small town with a pub, a bakery, a brewery and some accommodation. A good option if Emmaville is full, but note there's no bus from Deepwater to the wedding; you'll need to drive or arrange a lift.
Glen Innes
The nearest proper town, about an hour south, with motels, supermarkets, fuel and a pharmacy. Practical rather than romantic — and again, you'd be driving to the wedding.
